A group is a means by which for you to group your businesses, departments, or regions. you can create a group of individuals to share customer information with, or create a group simply for yourself. Regardless of how you use groups, you need at least one group to start adding your customer information and client contacts.

From here, you would add all of the companies you currently do business with. Once a company is defined, you can add contacts and information about the companies, in the form of a message thread.

Use the Add Note button at the bottom of your screen to add notes about the company. A note can be a communication or simply any information that helps your team.
